But I think because of Ps2 succes there was no much fanboys..

Seems like everything you say about other consoles, that is shameful,you are marked being fanboy X,N,or Ps.

So hell yea I own ps3, and my room-mate bought xbox 360+halo 3 well I like controller,it beats Sisaxix easily.It looks cooler than black Ps3.You can listen music while playing Halo 3...

But its just so stupid that you cant keep it up position because it overheats,plus I broke my friends Gears when I said "It looks cooler when its up" and put it on up position.And my room-mate said I'm not buying it if its old one because of that red ring.

Dont know about Wii,never tried it. But there is not meny games for me that would make me buy one,because there is only Zelda,Mario,Metroid  to me that are real games with some kind of story, I dont have it.I think I'll get it soon as I have some spare money.

Well really Fanboys make effect on customers,If Xbox fanboy would make me angry,saying ps3 is piece of crap and you should cook your dinner with it, I would feel angry and would not even consider buying Xbox 360.And I will probalby go to some Xbox thread and say something that makes fanboys angry and  then they go to ps3 thread and...--->

Yea I am talking a lot about Xbox 360 but there is reason,and its Xboxfanboys.

Oh, and btw I made this thread when people said go to hell because of my other thread,about Xbox 360 price cuts.

i don't know i was not in to consoles around that time, i was a full time pc gamer then, i just bought GC and PS2 in 2005

it was seemingly as bad, I used to deal with huge X-xox fanboys who hated all the other systems at work.

People always have been and always will be idiots. The past two generations seem to have had the most vocal fanboys but that's probably just due to the internet allowing anyone to rant publically on such a massive scale.

It was nowhere near as bad as it is now. The PS2 was so dominant around that time

I have a PS3 and I'm playing games on it. I have a 360 and I'm playing games on it. I have a PC and I'm playing games on it. But yeah, there are the ones that think Halo and Gears are the center of the gaming world, and that can be annoying.

XBOX fanboys were here. But most of the population owned the PS2, so it was an overwhelming majority versus a minority of people.

I don't know but I was in the sony side on the gen :)
