Figured this would be the case. December for Japan, and sometime before the end of this financial year (March) for the rest of us.
Can't wait for TGS. :D

They're pretty unpredictable Dark Cloud - 5 months Dark Cloud 2 - 3 months Dragon Quest VIII - 12 months Jeanne d'Arc - 9 months Professor Layton - 12 months |
And Rogue Galaxy took 13 months.
Of course, at E3 they said that this game was slated for this financial year, and since it was an American conference, that implies that the game will make it out in NA before March.
Man, I have so many ps3 games to buy starting in October. Eternal Sonata, LittleBigPlanet, Valkyria Chronicles, Resistance 2, then Killzone 2 in February and White Knight Chronicles shortly thereafter.

Phew, the "9/8/8/7" is Famitsu's review score for Infinite Undiscovery, not for WWC. Not like it's a bad score, but I expcet WWC to get a better score than 32. |
WKC will probably get a 36/40 in Famitsu with a comment like "quite possible the best game Level 5 ever released" included. That's just my prodiction as it could be a little lower or a little higher. It should help PS3 sales in Japan since it is a big scale JRPG

So long as they include a great story like Professor Layton and Jeanne D'Arc, this is very possible. :P

Level 5 have fixed there storytelling problems quite a while ago. People might think WKC's story sounds cliched but that is only because of the main character-princess love story that is going to be in the game. Also, a lot of video games stories(even some of the best ones) would should cliched if you tried to summerize them in 2 to 3 sentences.

They seem to be going back to the roots of jRPG storytelling (Knights, Castles, etc.) I'm personally very excited about that I still think the mid-eval Europe setting is the best for jRPGs.
I think this will definitely be the greatest jRPG released so far this generation. I absolutely can't wait.
"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY." --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

That's what I've heard. I'm playing through Rogue Galaxy at the moment, and it's a bit hard to get through because of the story. Of course, that's one of their older titles. I'm playing through Professor Layton as well, and I'm loving it. :D
I'm VERY optimistic about WKC. :)

You're not the first on the internet to say that about WKC. If the story turms out to be engaging and the combat and animations get close enough to the target footage, this game will be considered AAA by reviewers and gamers alike.

Rogue Galaxy came out before Level 5 realized they were having problems with the storytelling in their games. The stories in Jeanne d'Arc and Professor Layton were considered to be one of the strong points of both games. WKC's stories will get the same praise because it's manages to be engaging throughout.
WKC will be HUGE (gotta transfer some LBP overhype)
Seriously, the game looks phreaking sweet, and i hope it beats down the PS3 "no JRPG" myth... TGS come already...
