Round 2:

1. The Atari Pong system was from which generation of consoles?

1st

2. The marketing name for Ralph Baer's "Brown Box" invention was what?

Magnavox Odyssey

3. There were numerous names for the Xbox 360 before gamers could officially use the 360 to Jump In! T or F?  All of the following names were considered--Xbox FS, Xbox 2, Xbox 360, Xbox Next, Xbox HD, and Xbox Revo.

False.  Xbox Revo was never used in dev.  It's my spin on the Nintendo Revolution.

4. The PS3 utilizes 8 Synergistic Processing Elements (SPEs) on the Cell microprocessor.  How many SPEs are availble to devs at a maximum?

6.

5. The Fairchild Channel was the first console that utilizes an onboard CPU and what?

Programmable ROM-based cartridges.

I can't believe I didn't catch the "Revo" on the Xbox question. I knew they had gone over quite a few names, and stuck with 360 so that Xbox 2 didn't look like it was behind the PS3. Anyhow, good questions. :)

I thought the Xbox was originally codenamed/named "Midway" as a reference to the WWII battle where the tides of the war turned in favor of the US over Japan--just as how MS believed they would turn the gaming tides against the Japanese rivals (Nintendo, Sony, Sega).

I don't know about that.  It's quite possible.  This site is good for console and handheld codenames-
