Lasseiz-faire. Let the market do its thing. What you say or don't say will not change it significantly. Mega Man 9 will live or die by its own merits, as will the values it entails, and what we say is unlikely to impact much of anything. If the market does not favor your tastes, you always have the option to exit it. Your vote in the market is your financial investment in the market. Set your vote out with your wallet and accept that what happens next depends on what the market's participants at large want, not just what you want.
