Ugh, I hate "Unknown" errors. As a programmer, I can tell you that you always know WHY something failed, whether it be a I/O read failure, memory failure, etc. Developers just get sick of error catching so just make a big "Unknown" catch all. Boooo

This is not a comment about Sony in particular, all developers do it, and as a programmer by trade, running in to APIs every day giving you these errors is F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-I-N-G!
