I just installed the patch and was wondering since I already have the medals do i have to start a whole new file or just play my file with all the medals? Cus I thought the trophies are connected to the medals.

Any help? Thanks

you have to replay the game and earn all the medals again
what i did was just delete my original file and start over on the hard difficulty

You can also use your old save to 'start a new game' on crushing to get 100% on one play through instead of two (hard & crushing).
