I must agree with some people here, that the graphics look a bit unimpressive.

Maybe it was another early build that they released to show off the weapon or it was low quality, but this was not the "wow, nice" I got from KillZone 2

It is not impressive for me too.

So I m waiting for the promised scle with huge place and huge boss and plenty of enemies.

Have you guys not seen the video where Hale is walking on one side of the river and the entire sky is orange and 100's of ships are flying around all over the place and blowing up the city. After seeing that i'm not sure how anyone could question the graphics and massive scale of this game.

That's great, they had a very similar weapon in RaCF:TOD and making it in R2 is awesome. Great that the gore looks pretty nice. It was a kinda cheap video, only 54 seconds!

What was dated regarding the gameplay?  Guy with gun shoots attacking aliens/zombies?  Please elaborate on how GeoW2 gameplay is any different.  This game has nothing to do with GeoW2. 

 

 

I only mentioned KZ2 and GeoW2 as they are contemporary games that will be compared to Resistance 2 (they are already).  As for 'guy with gun shoots attacking aliens/zombies'; that is very old - I was doing that in a 3D environment in Escape from Castle Wolfenstein and Doom 1.  I hope that you are doing a disservice to Resistance 2 and that the game offers more variety than that.

I want to see it on movement. I want to see the player "play" on these environnements.

You do see him walk around and play in these enviroments, during E3 we saw the battle with the Leviathan downtown Chicago.  And during the other scene i mentioned he does walk around the enviroment, at 7:22 into this video you can see him walk around and look at the ships for over 1minute.  There are also other videos showing a battle with a goliath, no videos of you walking around but no doubt you will fight it, since you fought one in the first game.
