Oblivion is a better game than Halo 3. My question is how come COD 4 is not on the list? COD 4 is a better game than DMC 4. DMC 4 was a good game but not worthy of top 10 game status.

I haven't played R&C or MGS4 yet (they are on the rental lists) so I can't comment on those. However I would remove DMC4 and resistance and include TOB primarily for Portal, Lost Odyssey or even viva pinata
