Absolutely 1,000,000% do not buy the Wii version. PS3 & 360 versions are more or less the same so decide based on whichever system your friends are going to get it on.

Both the Ps3 and X360 versions will be the same. So either way it makes no difference regarding this game.

oh yeah, can you use PS2 GH3 guitar on Rock Band? (if no this may seem like a dumb question) as that would save money (short term, im gonna get software+guitar then drums/mic later)

Aside from no DLC, gimped features(I don't know about rock band 2 but rock band 1 had features missing on the wii) and worse graphics the Wii version isn't bad.

Which is to say that the Wii version fails hard when compared to the X360/PS3 versions. Still a great core game, however.
