Forums - Gaming - IGN posts new direct feed FF13 and FFV13 screenshots

Ugh, lots of dumb stuff in this thread:

1) It was not developed on PC, it was developed on Crystal Tools, a completely independant engine of any platform designed to make multiplat games easy to every platform including the Wii. So odds are it will look identical on everything.

2) DMC4 does not look better on PS3 than PC. In fact, it looks significantly worse. It does however look identical on PS3 and 360.

3) Don't believe any screens you see that you haven't seen moving. Anyone remember early MGS3 screenshots? I'm not saying they aren't in-engine. They are. They are just running off of Crystal Tools, not off of the actual game systems, and they have been significantly touched up. So don't expect the actual game to look quite so hot.

Doesn't Crystal Tools run on intel-based workstations?
