Well thank you for that list. I've made a list too of the X-box exclusive games that are a) 1st party published b) retail c) original to Xbox and not a PS3 remake d) have a green x on the cover e) fun to play f) works with Xbox Live g) works with both wired and wireless controlers h) works especially well with the Xbox controller D-pad i) will soon be available for the PC j) is better then all the PS3 games put together k) has vehicles l) will have a sequel in the next 2-3 years  m) uses true high definition resolution settings n) runs at a constant fps rate o) had an overpriced collectors edition and p) has an epic storyline

By the way you forgot Disgaea 3 it was released today. Unless you want to add the qualifier that SRPGS are not counted. Also please ignore Mirrors Edge-timed exclusives only count for the Xbox 'exclusives' list not the PS3's. Thanks.

I started with the list in the original post, which didn't include Disgaea 3. I agree that it should be included.

I can't evaluate your list, because I have never played a Halo game.

 

 I apologize for being indirect. I was attempting to ineloquently mock all of your qualifying statements. I assumed it was your intent to make the PS3 look bad by listing a whole two exclusives and I was trying (with limited success) to show that even the almighty Xbox or for that matter the Wii could have its massive library cut to one title with enough qualifyers. Which makes yours or my list of exclusives very 'misleading' which is why I included the phrase "Helpful wasn't it?" If that wasn't your intent that i do apologize.

The above shows the inaccuracies in that section of your list.  Also Wild Arms is developed by an independent company so it's possible that a Wild Arms title could show up on another system.  I just assumed you were talking about the PSN release of the original PS1 title.

I don't know how many times I've corrected this list and then someone copies & pastes it with the inaccuracies yet again.

The point I was trying to make (also indirectly) is that almost all of the PS3's good exclusives are published by Sony. I would assume that the same is true for the 360/Microsoft and the Wii/Nintendo.

I just thought that the original poster was reading too much into their list. As long as Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo keep publishing good games, all 3 consoles will have good exclusives. It's the good third-party exclusives that are becoming more and more difficult to come by without handing out a load of cash.

PS3 exclusives are the best of the competition. I buy games for their superior elite graphics that are expected on the PS3 which delivers with its awesome breathtaking out of this world exclusive PS3 games. MGS 4, UnCharted , Ratchet and Clank: TOD, Heavenly Sword, War Hawk and GT 5 Prologue were all awesome games and there are lots more PS3 games on the way

Resistance 2, Kill Zone 2, Little Big Planet, Tekken 6, White Knight Chronicles, unCharted 2 along with a lot of games on Megaman2's list

Thank you Megaman2 for compiling such a great list of PS3 exclusive games. I hope this thread is stickied by a moderator. Goes and checks.....
