And that has what to do with the fact that sony basically copypasted the whole of XBL sans the bits that are protected under the US patent law?
Besides I did have a Dreamcast and MS seriously innovated and perfected the formula past the Dreamcast early implementation of online features.
Even if we accepted your weak argument, it'd just make Sony a Sega copypasters which in itself is as flattering as saying Sony copied the entire implementation of XBL.
