Is it even legal for a 13 y/o to sue a company in the Netherlands?

Also, why is it that you only post news to attack MS, MikeB?

His dad is probably doing the sueing for him, read my post.

I have been through RRoD and I know how stubborn, mis-informative and unhelpful Microsoft's support staff can be. I think RRoD and disc scratching are serious issues hurting the console industry's reputation as a whole. But you already knew this or didn't you?

So your experience by talking to a possible new employee or someone that maybe didn't really feel like working at MS customer support makes you attack the 360 every chance you get?

I used to work for TMobile rech support while back for a couple of years...and working in a call center really gets to you and makes you question humanity. My last 2 weeks were the most fun I've ever had at a workplace. If all customers were like you, Tmobile would have had 30 lawsuits.

In any case, hope the little dutch boy gets a working xbox and a good spanking from his parents for suing companies before he does his homework.

The 360 is just full of issues from the sounds of it.

And it appears some of these problems MS just wont accept

I hope my 360 doesn't RRoD

So that justifies you only posting anti-Xbox 360 arguments?

It actually does justify his posts yes...

They were following company policy, this was before Microsoft admitted to their investors they have hardware issues. It's one of the reasons why the story caught my attention.

Naughty Dog: "At Naughty Dog, we're pretty sure we should be able to see leaps between games on the PS3 that are even bigger than they were on the PS2."

PS3 vs 360 sales

I've heard of some serious 360 horror stories...hell, I've even experienced the RROD myself...but this boy seriousley got stiffed by MS.

It's stories like these that have held the 360 back and, IMO, will continue to decrease trust in MS as a console maker.

here you go

Why do you only post pro-MS Stickball?

Nothing's wrong with it, but from someone who is very pro-360, someone very anti-360 shouldn't be that hard to comprehend.

Maybe he dislikes MS as much as you love them.

This is the kind of crappy aticle that you see been approved by fanboys on N4G......... hardly newsworthy
