I would love to see the X360 Arcade being terminated,it is holding the X360 back. A HD console without a HDD is a nightmare for developers. GTA IV was delayed by a year due to the problems of the X360 Arcade. I believe game developments have lagged on X360 due to having to make games compatible for X360 Arcade owners.
Ps3 does not have these problems where a HDD comes with every console and the Ps3 HDD can be replaced with a bigger third party console of up to 320GB. Ps3 has the advantage in more ways than one. Ps3 = more space and freedom for developers due to HDD's and of course the Blu-Ray discs holds up to 5 times the capacity of a DVD 9 disc.
