Wow I dont know about 4,000,000 sales...

I think selling about on par with the original is more realistic. I mean last holiday Mass Effect was definitely Microsoft's most pushed game other than Halo. That game has yet to hit 2,000,000 sales.

Fable 2= about 1,500,000 in the first month, 2,000,000 by years end, and 2.5million lifetime.

This is true, but Fable 2 will be the sequel to an established franchise.  Furthermore, it is releasing a little clear of the holiday rush of other titles, Mass Effect released in November after and around a flurry of other high-quality games (many of which were exclusive) for the Xbox 360.

I never said Fable 1 was a bad game, and I never said this game will be bad. It will be a great game. But it will be a great game within the realm of what a great game already is. This will not push gaming forward in any way (and not every game needs to).

it will be nothing we have not seen before. It will just be a great game. I will buy it, play it, enjoy it, and then forget about it (like so many games in the past).

I think it will be a success. I just don't think there needs to be as much hype around the game as some other people do.
