For 360 vs PS3 they're right here on this website.  For 360/PC you could almost guarantee that Assassin's Creed, Mass Effect (6 month timed exclusive), and GH3 sold more copies on 360.  Articles from Activision would almost certainly put sales of COD4 in favor of 360 as well.  The only uncertainties would be Bioshock & Orange Box.  I'd almost surely give Orange Box sales to PC (valve, duh, plus existing copies of standalone games separately on PC) .  Bioshock sold 77,000 copies on PC in August vs. ~500k on 360.  Granted this is only US and Europe is very PC oriented but I doubt it could close a gap that large.  Austrailian Sales charts (while not a huge market) show a similar trend with Bioshock 360 vs PC.

Assassin's Creed no doubt sold better on 360, but COD4?! COD4 on PC is walking to 10 millions copies sold, if it hasn't already. The game is still charting in several PC top 10 charts and still reigns in DD services. If anything, COD4 PC will sell more than PS3/360 combined. It is basically doing a The Sims/WoW performance (plus DD, I might add).

Bioshock likely has sold more on 360, but the game is still selling alot on PC. It has been stated that it reached 1 million sales on PC some time ago, and is doing quite well on DD services too. So I'd say there's a decent chance it will outsell when it's all done.

Mass Effect, we don't know how it is. All we know is that it's doing well, and selling well on DD. Orange Box sold easily more than PS3/360 combined, according to Valve.

As for the rest you mentioned, it's obvious how it was.

"So it was with considerable pride that Activision's wholly owned Infinity Ward studio told me Tuesday that its war game, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, has just sold its 10 millionth copy."

"Infinity Ward studio head Vince Zampella didn't know exactly how many units the game had sold on each platform it is available on--the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC--but did say that COD 4 had been most successful on the Xbox."

Nicely done, spouting out baseless claims like that.  That means the rest of your post is most likely rubbish as well.

Bravo, you just passed yourself as a complete ignorant. COD4 has been a huge phenomenon on PC selling millions and millions, but Activision never released or mentioned any numbers about it. The 10 millions figure you got from the article were only for consoles.

Feel free to compare the sales of the console versions and compare with the time of the article to see that I'm right.

Here, I will highlight what the Infinity Ward studio head said here.  I guess you would know better than him though.

But maybe things have changed in the last 2 months.

again, feel free to compare the date of the article with VGChartz's data, to see that I'm right.

And COD4 was in the top10 PC Chart of NPD last week, is currently 4th on Steam and 6th on D2D. It is also the second most played PC game today (only behind World of Warcraft). I guess the Digital Distribution is really kicking off with COD4.

Where's the 360 version selling right now?

If anyone should know how much the game is selling, it would be a man who has access to actual financial reports. I would be much quicker to believe him than VGChartz data, or you.

A man who didn't even approach Digital Distribution sales? Especially when considering that Call of Duty 4 has been the highest selling game on DD services, since it's release.

Ok, we agree to disagree.  I have displayed the head man from Infinity Ward's quote saying COD 4 was most successful on the 360(only two months ago), and you have given me nothing to back up your statements.  As much as I would like to take you at your word, I just cannot.  It very well may be as you say, but from what I have seen, it just is not so.

At this point in time you should just admit you were wrong and leave it at that. Alternatively, you could just keep digging ...
