The most common name for cats (and dogs for that matter) is Max. You should choose something more original. Chip or Dale. Rescue or Ranger... your pick. ^_^

Chi is a nice name. I think I'd end up calliing him Chi-Chi and start asscociating him with Chi Chi Rodriguez. Fluffles is funny but he's a short hair cat. The fluffly fur is just kitten fluff. He's only about 10 weeks old right now. The juxtaposition might work though when he he gets older.

Holy shit, you win the thread so far! Carl Barât and my avatar aren't really on speaking terms right now though the thought is good. I can't name him Pete Doherty because even though Pete is a great guy and an awesome musician (he gave me a private guitar lesson once and was nice enough not to wince once at my terrible sense of rhythmn) I can't name the cat Pete because that's my brothers name. Franz Ferdinand is great but Franz is too close to Frank. Bodhesatva... hrm. That one might be a winner.
