Yay for JudithxYuri. But yeahh, I really can't see Yuri killing Estelle. Evar. I do like their brother/sister like relationship though, it's pretty heartwarming.

I can see Yuri killing just about anybody for the greater good.

The "Greater good" you speak of is interesting, as Yuri seems to stand by it, but at the same time despise it. He hates people who do things for the "Greater good" when it involves sacrifices of innocent lives, such as Duke and Alexei's plans, but he also commit crimes for the greater good as well. Those crimes are to murder people like Ragou or Cumore who make other innocents suffer.

I think you have Yuri pegged a bit wrong. Yes he's a badass, and will do the job noone else wants to do, but that's if Estelle REALLY loses her way. Honestly, after the game, do you see Estelle turning into a power hungry psycho? I certainly don't. Yuri would most definitely not kill without sufficient reasoning, and I just don't see Estelle ever getting to the point of having to be killed.

In fact, one of the events I JUST played reveals that Estelle will become a children's story writer after the game.

Yeah, I finally have a sig.

Those are some major spoilers. You should at least warn people before they read it. And i said in the story that Yuri would kill Estelle because the Spirits were messing around since the Child of the Full Moon are one. Also Yuri is always willing to kill those even closest to him like when Yuri told Judith that her answer would decide her fate. Also when he told Idor that if he kept talking that he would try Dein Nomos out on him. And Yuri was willing to kill Estelle because if you remember the skit between Raven and Yuri after the party reunited Raven said "your prepared to do what's nessasery but you haven't givin up hope" and Yuri said "thats pretty much it".

I really don't think it'd ever come to that, though. They'd always find a way to get around it, I'm sure. And I'm also sure Yuri doesn't give two shits about Ioder, but Estelle's a whole other story.

And as for Judith, it was because she broke the guild laws shortly after going over the rules. Telling her that what she says decides her fate proves my point perfectly. Yuri will always listen and try to find the best way to solve problems. That's what Brave Vesperia was all about. Doing justice and punishing the UNJUST.

In other news, I've almost completely finished this game. Almost done all the sidequests on my second playthrough, and still loving it. It'll be sad when it's all done though D:

We still have the PS3 port. Also please at least put a warning on the post you did. There are a large amount of spoilers and i don't want people who never played the game to end up reading it.

Hah, I love this game, believe me, but there is no way in hell I'm buying another console (again) just to play this game (again).

Especially the PS3.

And I'm partially kidding about getting the 360 only for ToV. I'm very happy with it and it's games.

Did you not read the thread i posted up? This is not a port, this is the true Tales of Vesperia. You have a new playable character named Patty and Flynn is playable on the PS3 version as well.

Uh, no. To me, ToV the original is on the xbox360. I still think the PS3 version is with just more content. I couldn't care less about Patty, but Flynn's a great bonus.

I'm definitely not buying until a sequel (if ever) comes out.

Again did you not read the post i put up? Cause if you did you would know this is not just a port.

I have read it, and I still do consider it a port. Or rather, I consider it how a port released a year after it initially comes out SHOULD be. Even with the new content, characters, animated screens, bosses, etc, it's still the same storyline with mostly the same cast. It is neither a spinoff nor a sequel, so the best way to describe it is a port.

If it was released as DLC on Xboxlive, I'd get it in a heartbeat, but as for the PS3 version, since I don't plan to ever get a PS3 unless the price is justifiable, I don't really care for the port.

Lol, mate, this is definately a Tales of Vesperia port. It has some new stuff, but at its core its still the same game. I have a PS3 and am one of the biggest TOV fanatics out there, and thats my reasoning for buying it again. To any other sane person though, I wouldn't expect a repurchase, much less a full console purchase for it :P

I WANT THAT SEQUEL INSTEAD >_<

GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
