Coming from the person how thinks Collete is a good character. Estelle was a great character and 100x better then Collete. And you think Kratos is a better character then Yuri when you did not even play ToS yet, man i can't take you seriously anymore.

Of course I think Kratos is cooler than Yuri. Never said he was better character story wise than Yuri, since I don't know anything about Kratos. He was awesome and Vesperia and that's enough for me. I don't need to play Symphonia to like him when he already kicks enough ass in the better game.

anyways, I finally did the Dark Enforcer side quest last night. Yuri is awesome in that outfit. To bad Clay didn't have a bigger part in the story. I thought he was a fun chracter.

You like Kratos better just because he has a mystic art with a symbol on the ground. Thats a pretty stupid reason to like a character if you ask me. Kratos is still a great character but not because he looks cool and has super lightling blade.

I don't play Tales for story, so I don't care what his back story is tbh. If it's good, than that's just a bonus.

I will like the character that I think is the most fun most likely. Kratos=fun. that's good enough.

How do you know Kratos is fun if you never played as him before?

I'd like to hear why you think Yuri's cooler then. Because he has cool moves? Kratos does too. He's badass? So is Kratos. Looks cool? Kratos does as well. Great backstory? Kratos has a much better backstory than Yuri.

Mystic artes and combos hold no water since you can't play Kratos in Vesperia, and the overlimit system is vastly different. Plus Yuri's mystic arte is lame. Looks like a 3d version of a Fire emblem Swordmaster critical. Yuri=swordmaster in Fire Emblem. That was my first impression. They're cool, but Kratos is just unique and is just more awesome.

Please try to defend Yuri better since you seem to think cool attacks are stupid reasons. Kratos simply has more going for him.

First of all Yuri is much more compelling then Kratos in terms of back story because of how Yuri confronts his back story. Second, i really don't care if a character looks cool or has cool arts, i only care if they has a great personality and a great back story and Yuri has that x10. Third why are you getting all offensive on me? I just said that Kratos was a great character. And last but not least Yuri has an epic mystic art what is wrong with you? Man you ToS fans don't let up.

Dude, I don't know if you know what a backstory is, but Yuri's backstory is muuuuuch weaker than Kratos'. How Yuri confronts his backstory? How bout how KRATOS confronts HIS backstory. (Huge.) You're not really backing anything up by saying Yuri's backstory is simply better. It's definitely not. Here's his BACKSTORY. (Not his STORY.) He's a knight who got fed up with following rules blindly, and decides to take justice into his own hands. He leaves the knights, goes to the lower quarter, living among poor people and helping them. He also has a friend called Flynn who is pretty much the opposite of him, and seems to beat him at everything. That's the end of his backstory. His history before the game starts. What's exciting about that? Please don't even tell me to try compare that to Kratos' life before Symphonia.

His mystic arte is cool, but it's not epic by any means. Seems like quite a generic ultimate attack. Happens in about every anime. Character moves so fast you can't see him or anything but his sword strikes. I much prefer the visuals of Rita's mystic arte.
