Surely there's some degree of infringement here

There's no violation here. The title of the game was changed. One word makes a difference.

This. Did you know that PlayStation was originally suppose to be called Play Station? Unfortunately, a copyright of the name "Play Station" was already held so Sony simply combined the words to work around it.
