I may still buy it for cheap if the story is strong. I buy so many mediocre games. Often times, I enjoy them more than the big games (Conan for the PS3/360 for example).

Meh, it's only 1UP and they're owned and operated by AOL so do you really want to trust them that much?

Maybe, or maybe he just wants to bash an Xbox 360 game. For all i know, this is a bad game. But this review is also a bad one. Complaining that there is too much variety or weapons and items and always something new to pick up or combine?

He explains: "But the most disappointing thing, by far, is the loot factor. The game offers no shortage of weapons and armor -- which is good -- but the fact that you're always finding better equipment makes even crafted blueprint items seem ordinary. Nothing's worse than saving money and leveling up to craft a powerful weapon or sturdy armor only to go back into the inventory and see that you already have new blueprints for an even more powerful weapon or even stronger armor. Additionally, the whole process of sorting, equipping, and selling items feels tedious thanks in part to an inelegant inventory system. Even something as simple as managing Charms (items that unlock more buffs) is a major hassle and surprisingly confusing if you don't pay close attention."
From my experience watching a friend play the demo, half the game seems to be spent in the menu making sure you have the best items equiped. The loot system is not as good as Diablo it seems.

Yes, I like them. Why do you have to bash a single review site?
Btw, can't mods change what forum this post is in?

actually AOL regained some respect from me when they started offering email for free through ad-support. Plus their news section isnt half bad.

Huh? Free e-mail without ads is everywhere...regardless, they have nothing to do with 1up/EGM anyway.
Though I do have a feeling that there will be a very wide range of reviews given to this game, I rarely agree personally with what 1-up doles out for reviews. I find myself to be a little off skew with what they have to say in in general.

Nope, we can't. And I still refuse to believe AOL is worth a crap.
This must have been reviewed by a sony fanboy. We all know this can't be a bad game.

Weren't you the one that said HS was a flop anfd Ninja Gaiden 2 was a hit...
Funny how we heard the same thing from Sony fans for Haze... But when Sony fans said it it was because 2 unknown reviewers rated the game... Too Human already has 2 well known reviewers rating it with both low scores.
