Now that I can actually afford to buy games, and now that I actually know which games are good prior to buying them, I expect to own far more ps3 and Wii games than ps2 games by the end of this gen.

All my Nintendo machines are more populated than my other consoles simply because I buy games for those consoles before the others. I actually got all three of my Sega consoles after they had already retired from the market. Most numbers are slight estimates, Wii games are disk-based titles, not Wii Ware or Virtual Console. Game Goy Player and Super Game Boy also part of the collection.

I own over 100 for Intellivision, Colecovision, Commodore 64, Atari 8-bit computers, Texas Instruments TI 99/4A, Sega Master Sytem, Sega Genesis, Sega Saturn, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Game Gear, 3DO, N64

I own over 50 for Odyseey 2, Atari 5200, Atari 7800, SNES, Gamecube, PS1, (might be there on PS2, I've lost count), Xbox, Wii.

I was a little kid and stupidly sold alot of my Nintendo 64 games, but I know I had between 25-40. I think I have about 38 GC games. I am also planning on buying alot of PSP games, but currently only have 6 games.

PS2 with around 30 titles ( don't have exact count I gave a bunch away to my stepdaughter when she got a PS2 last Chrismas).

Give it a couple years and it's going to be the PS3 though, so far have 14 games for it and I spend a lot more time playing on consoles this gen than last gen ( I got late into the PS2 too).

Around 15-20 games a year seem to be my purchasing rythm..



PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

3. Wii (36, including WiiWare, not counting VC)
4. Megadrive (35 = 27 + 8 VC)
5. SNES (32 = 26 + 6 VC)

Of course, I'm not counting couputers, or PC and Amstrad CPC would take 1st and 2nd.

It's likely the Wii and DS will beat the Gamecube soon, and the Wii will probably take first place.
