Two arguments I could make:

1)PRACTICE - The best players will be the ones that play the most. If this is true then more than likely guys are better.

2)HUMAN DEVELOPMENT - Early in infancy guys and girls develop differenlty in dexterity and motor skills. Girls form better fine-tuned dexterity and motor skills, hence the reason they are more likely to have better handwriting. If this skill ports well to gaming, which I think it does, then Girls will have the advantage.
