Jeanne D'Arc is a really good game, although the system for training completely sucks in my opinion. Also, there are a couple of characters that are almost useless (Colet comes to mind). Otherwise, I think you'll enjoy it.

Make it a purchase! Try online since I don't think you'll be able to find it in stores.

I can find it in pretty much every Gamestop in the San Antonio area :)

So you think it's good eh? I do believe I'll get it then. Most of the things I've heard are pretty positive. Thanks everyone for your help

Currently playing: Civ 6

hot shots golf
ratchet and clank size matters

Jeanne D'Arc, FF1,FF2, FFT, Crisis core and Tales of the world.

I think that FFT: War of the Lions is better.

Sorry for hijacking the thread but what is a SRPG, or ARPG? And what is Jeanne D'Arc about? I've consistantly heard good things about it, but I've never understood just what it is... if you get my drift.

srpg = strategy role playing game

arpg = action role playing game

an expample of an arpg is Diablo and strategy role playing games usually have the battle grounds divided into a grid and you can only move so far per turn, and you fight the battles out turn by turn.

killzone liberation, god of war, patapon, metal gear solid portable ops

PLAYSTATION®3 is the future.....NOW.......B_E_L_I_E_V_E

Consoles owned: Game Cube, Gameboy Color, Gameboy Advance, Nintendo DS, PSP, PS1, PS2, PS3.

My prediction: NATAL WILL NOT help 360 sales. Maybe a 50-100k boost week 1, then a 30-70 k boost week 2, and back to the norm again after 3-5 weeks.

Jeanne D'Arc is a nice SRPG. Unfortunately it becomes a little ridiculous at the end. The story is mediocre (IMHO). Still, a very solid title that I personally put in a little over 50 hours on.

Monster Hunter (both of them) is the best solo MMO on a portable console. It's fantastic if you can deal with the steep learning curve and you like grinding.

I love golf games and I think HSG:OT2 is superb. Better than the first one (more courses and characters plus WiFi play) even if it is basically more like an expansion pack than a sequel.

Crush is a nice puzzle-platformer thingie. It's very unique.

There's really a bunch of great games for the PSP that offer a superb console experience that you can play on the go.

Disgaea is a great SRPG, highly recommended. What other genres do you like?
