Just look at the games tells the whole story...they are equal. Assasian's creed looked stunning on both! MS fanboy says MS and Sony fanboy says PS3. Flame on



PS3, WII and 360 all great systems depends on what type of console player you are.

numbers don't lie, ps3 cpu IS more powerful.
but sadly dont many games show the power of the cpu.
heavy rain, killzone 2, gran turismo 5 are changing that though.

but of course 360 have games like gears that looks completely amazing too.

The only game that looks better on the PS3 than the 360 games is MGS4 that I've played of course. Heavenly sword is pretty nice but not as good as gears, resistance, what a joke, Halo 3 has so much better graphics lol, motorstorm is pretty nice doh. All in all I think the PS3 just doesn't have as much quality games as the 360 has right now so thats probably why its graphics aren't the best.
I think GTA4 is better on the 360, it got a better resolution I think, anyways it doesn't look that great on the PS3 from what I've seen.
I've played ratchet also, nothing that impressed me, all in all I think the 360 games looked way better, but thats before I've played MGS4 which showed me that the PS3 can actually have some excellent graphics and might beat the 360, still for ingame gears still owns it.



My favorite games for this gen:

1. Gears of War    2. MGS4    3. Killzone 2   4. Halo 3(Underated by many)      5. Mass Effect

The Wii is better, because the Wii fans have learned to be happy with more than pretty graphics and PS/360 fans are never satisfied.

If people really care this much about graphics - I suggest a PC with a Radeon 4850 or better, otherwise why does it matter?

Essentially the same, and its going to stay that way. I don't understand why people fight over this all the time as the wii is the leading console in sales and it has the worst graphics technically, thus sending the message that technical proficiency doesn't really matter.
