I love trying to solve paradoxes and bizarre questions, so here's a thread for anyone else who does.  I'm fairly sure I know the solutions to most of these, so I may post the answers later.  Try to stay off of Wikipedia and Google.  EDIT:  Oh yes, if you really think you know the answer, maybe put up a spoiler warning.

1.  Any statement not in bold is false.  Any statement in bold is true.  Is this a paradox, or can one be right?

2.  A man says to you, "Everything I tell you is a lie".  Paradox, false, or true (slight variant of the first problem)?

3.  Is this a question? Find the correct answer.

4.  What is the answer to this question?  Harder version of 3.

5.  What is the difference between a duck?  Well, what is it?

6.  This statement is false.  Paradox, false, true, or something else entirely?

Set 2:

7.Why is there an answer to this question? Find correct answer

8.Is this a statement?  Find correct answer

9. What is the incorrect answer to this question? FCA

10. Does this question have an answer?  FCA

11. Anything contradicting this statement is false.   This statement contradicts the previous statement.  Which is true, if either?

12.  This statement contradicts the next statement.  Any statement stating a contradiction is true.  Which is true, if either?

EDIT 3:  I'm not so sure about question 7, so if you can answer it and show how your answer is correct you get 2 points.

If you have any, feel free to put them up too.

I don't think there is a technical correct anwser. I think it's left up to the reader of the words.

We'll miss you George.

For some of them, there actually are correct answers; others don't. For instance, the answer to question 3 is "yes", it is a question, as the sentence is asking something.

I'm bored so I may as well:

1.  Liar's paradox if read strictly with any ~= all.  Otherwise the first statement can stand alone.

2.  Liar's paradox.

3.  Yes.

4.  It is?  The question should be worded like this for clarity:  "What" is the answer to the question?

5.  This question is no less retarded now than it was the first time I heard it.  Screw the duck.

6.  Liar's paradox.

I got the first one pretty easily but cant be bothered to try the rest :D

M'kay, your answers are noted and mentally scored...

Oh yes.  Question 4 is much harder than 3.  I'm not sure why you put what in quotation marks, though.

So what was your answer to 1?  I should probably come up with more questions.

Or come up with some real brain teasers.  ^_^

The duck question has been around forever and liar's paradox questions are boring.
