Star Wars, Sex Xonix, Movies: At the Theater, and random boards I got to by board hunting (ever heard of the game "Dirty Sanchez?")

Sex Xonix is the most awesome social board on the site, albeit small. You can witness several of the alternate accounts that I've had in the forum. It even features BlueAnnilator, the old legend of the SSBB board. Star Wars is good for heated nerd debate but it's pretty slow. And Dirty Sanchez is a board that only I've yet to discover, and has quite possibly the most hilarious name of any game on the site. I could show you some other interesting games, but there might be laws against it

idk whats else it says but if its based of the graphic novel then it is going to be dark story about batman being locked in AA with allthe people he put there

Oh come on. Those Star Wars geeks haven't said anything more nerdy than what you say on a daily basis. They just use more acronyms.

The rumor if true is disappointing. Specifically the fact that the game will take place after the movie. To me that limits the potential of the story greatly even as it resolves continuity issues. The problem is who is Batman without a epic nemesis. That is right Batman is just another costumed freak. The reason the Dark Knight is such a good movie is, because there is a compelling villain.

What does this time frame actually leave us with. Disenfranchise clowns roaming the streets causing trouble in the absence of their master. Perhaps the Joker escapes from prison to oppress the people of Gotham once more. Do we seriously expect the developer to create a new compelling villain just for this game? Sandbox to me in this instance says you are going to spend all your game time beating on unoriginal street thugs. With no decent overarching storyline to be had.

To me perhaps the best time to have set this game would be in the lead up to the Dark Knight. There is story there, and more specifically it would serve as a prequel for the events that take place in the movie. Play Batman as he pushes the mafia into the corner, or investigate the Jokers early crimes. All of this means that the player could play in Batman's golden age as he is taking back the streets of Gotham. Rather then a point after the movie when he is once again a hunted vigilante.

Well, this game isn't even confirmed, but Batman: Arkham Asylum has been just announced for PC/PS3/360. Go third parties, keep ignoring the Wii! :D

will it be on all 3 major platforms??
