I have a Kubuntu/Vista config. on my notebook, each one a separate HDD. My ? is can I change Kubuntu to the new Ubuntu 8.04?

Should be able to fairly easily. The only real difference (that I know of) is Kubuntu uses KDE rather than Gnome. A quick perusal on the official Ubuntu forums should tell ya everything you need to know to do it.

It has been out for a while now. It uses KDE 4 though so there are a few issues still that need to be ironed out.
