in the root of the flash memory make a PS3 folder then make a SAVEDATA folder inside the PS3 folder. then put the flash memory onto the PS3. then you goto Save data utility, there it should show the usb or any other flash media you have connected to the PS3. just click on any save you want to copy and copy it to the flash media.

I can't transfer my PS2 saves :(
