I put the game in it started to load and bam I heard an akward noise. I opened the disc tray and the game was correctly placed in it so I know it wasn't my fault. The disc now has a wonderful circular scratch all round the disc.
Is their anything I can do for a peplacement disc or am I F'ed

Yes vertical, but I've had it Vertical for about 3 months now so I don't know why it acted up now. I've already put it back to horizontal.
i dont think theres much you can do.
try returning it,and act all surprised and pissed...maybe you'll get a new one.

Call up Namco and get a replacement...They should be able to get you a new one free/cheap.
