Can anybody who has it or knows someone who does, tell me if it has that new jasper redesign?  I want to buy one but won't until i know RROD is fixed.  Don't give me that BS that the falcon crap already fixed it because it didn't.  Also, give me some good games and no shooters unless they are a la Mass Effect.

RROD will never "really" be fixed. some random people will always report some case. the percentage will never go 0%. just buy one.

EDIT : to be clear : RRoD is less frequent, Xbox360 is more stable. It is a lot safer to buy one.

When someone says RROD it is implied that they mean the problem of MS's shitty HW.  So let me rephrase for the dense people, does the new 360 have the HW problems fixed for the most part unlike the earlier versions of the 360?

Nope, MS keeps releasing RRoD prone consoles just because they like exercising their $1 billion dollar three year warranty program. MS actually plans to release even crappier console so that they extend their warranty to 3 YEARS!!

As a matter of fact, don't buy a 360!! I would hate to have you come on these forums a few months later ranting how your 360 rrod'ed and blah blah blah blah...
