im playing 2player  co-op on the first level, we are at the end with the dam....  

i had the hammer and i look at the one phantom ... i get up on the edge of the damn ...jump...smash....

and the game breaks and  freezes for about 10 seconds... the phantom ends up inside the dam and my buddy is inside the phantom (he had just been standing on the dam at the time)

destroying phantom with hammer = bad

haha. And they say big videogame glitches like this died with the 16 bit era...

I guess that's what patches are for! Yay @ rushing games for a release date! :D

Oblivion has the most glitches in a game I have seen this generation. It freezes up in game.

My 360 broke after playing Halo 3 for about 2 minutes. That was not one of my fondest memories of gaming.

Games are much more complex than before, so it's natural that there'll be more glitches.

There are some quite stupid cases though, like Activision not detecting that Guitar Hero Wii was outputting mono sound.
