if you own a 360, are you just gunna buy a ps3 to try it because you love the series so much?

That question is like the same as asking this question, will PS3 owners tolerate waiting for the Xbox 360 version even if it takes them up to one year or more after the Japanese PS3 version comes out? Hell no. So that answers your question.

Sucks for Europe since everything costs more there, even with a PS3 cause the economy sucks down there with all the prices jacked so high compared to America. I can feel your pain.
