so i just finished reading the latest egm and in it theres a interview with Hironobu Sakaguchi. talks about the beginning of the FF franchise etc etc. But also theres a question that made me wonder....what if. This question was "If you could work on any kind of dream project, what would it be?" (he ask's this to Nobuo Uematsu, Yoshitaka Amano, and Hironobu Sakaguchi) and each of their answers were that the dream project would be to work with each other, and all the old-school square (pre square-enix) members.
now after reading that i started thinking....that would totally kick ass. square-enix i assume would publish it and help them out in anyway what so ever, cuz they would probably make a killer profit from it , but besides that what kind of game would it be? i mean i know it would most likely be an rpg still...but i mean would it be called final fantasy, or would they want it to be an original IP something they can continue to work together on. what art direction would they take?
i would like for this to happen, and hope that maybe they will all talk to one another and get this going.
anyone else have thoughts/opinions?
