Does it bother any one else that the news tries to sensationalise everything? How do we know when they are being serious or if they are withholding information to get ratings.

I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.

That is not a racoon, it has a beak and that racoon skull did not. This is closer than that theory.
