I jut finished Death Note... and it's amazing! Great story with so many plot twists. I think is the best thing I've watched in the last 5 years. Light is a bastard... but L is the kickass! He is great, such a great character, and the best part is that he looks like me :D

There is many, many more titles I consider as faves in my collection including the major anime's i didnt list (DBZ, Akira, Ghost in the Shell etc) but this is a quickie. 

So you didn't have a problem with the ending? He didn't give N much of any challenge and Mello was supposed to be a genius detective but fall so easily?

Besides that i would say it is great .... but dragged a little after L was gone.

Vandread is good but The Second Stage is better in many ways. 

Silent Mobius... Someone who will admit they like that one despite sadly lacking a real ending.  Would have suggested BGC since you like Silent Mobius but you already like that too.

Bast*rd is a nice choice.  The scene where the enemy gets decked mid-monologue makes the show worth watching in itself (if you decide to stop fighting and give a speech, you deserve it).  Scrapped Princess does something similar with Armalite and a throwing knife.

 Umm i took your advice and watch code geass it was good i'm not gonna lie but do you know when 24 and 25 come out....??

I love Hitman Reborn and Naruto

Doesn't anyone like Eureka Seven : Psalms of Planets? It's like my favorite anime series of all time. Bleach or even Naruto don't even come close... maybe Death Note. It's so well done, best soundtrack ever hands down, amazingly deep and complex story, which allways changes and redefines itself, great animations (although I prefer Naruto's artstyle) and amazing awe inspiring moments.
                  Hell! I even cried at the ending and I listen to the sountrack all the time, those orchestral tunes are just sublime, only Naruto comes close (although the music in Shipuuden isn't that great). Some episodes like episode 20 simply leave you speachles, that episode gave me a rush like no anime had ever given me. Since Eureka Seven ( and Death Note ), Naruto and Bleach just don't impress me anymore, I mean the emotional intensity is so much weaker in comparisson. Anyone who hasn't watched this anime should definitely give it try, might start off slow but man is it worth it.

Thanks for reviving it SSJ. I've been watching Gundam 00, which is now at episode 4. I have to say it's the best Gundam I've seen since Turn A so far. It's still early, but I think this will be a good series. Seed and Seed Destiny were pretty crappy, so it's a nice change. I doubt this will ever hit America, but for those who wish to watch it you can catch it on veoh.com.
