Hopefully Mr. Brown is successful and wins this. He deserves justice and he should put both companies out of business for what they've done to him.

If I was getting payed to be in a game I'd be pretty mad and sue half of the companies who made the game!
Sony really shouldnt be placed in the middle of this... its EA and only EA.
Another thought -- it is almost six years since the release of Madden 2003.
There needs to be more stringent statues of limitations.
