If you play it direct from the PS3 wireless connection, then there's enough response to do everything apart from the timed mini games and times when l/r2 are required.
I completed it mostly though using remote play ^^
There is a little bit of a delay, I noticed when moving around that the character will go a little ways after you have let go of the button. But it's playable.
