i know Namco makes Tekken lol... Tekken didn't appear on a Sega console

 True montana, before i say this i will again stress.... diffrent strokes for diffrent folks.... but Virtua fighter is the PURISTS  choice...... Tekken is good fun..... but its not DEEP enough for me..... theres japanese out there who WORSHIP virtua fighter, some may prefer Tekken, but more people worship Virtua fighter

Last time i checked it was NAMCO who made Tekken..... not SONY..... my dislike of sony has nothing to do with this........ diffrent strokes for diffrent folks...... i prefer street fighter to mortal kombat.... doesn't mean i dislike midway....


Street Fighter II champion edition and Mortal Kombat are on Sega Genesis (i have them)...the fact that Tekken has only appeared on Sony consoles questions me if you really played them judging by your sig

Indeed. Tekken's time has come and past. While I think that Tekken 3 is the best fighting game of all time, the series has passed its peak a long time ago. Virtua Fighter just keeps getting better, and it's one of the few good game series that Sega makes (so support it a bit!).

 I have owned famicom-playstation consoles (2nd hand because i dont ever want to line sonys pockets directly)

i have played tekken 1,2,3,4 & tag tournament and 5...... its just not for me.... pulling off easy 10 hit combos as every character doesn't appeal to me

Virtua Fighter for me. Tekken has always felt a little to slow and clunky for my tastes.

U keep talking about deep and still go with VF????

 

VF is patheticly shallow compared to Tekken and a master at Tekken does not get beat by a noob as you earlier stated.

I know both games extremly well and the only ones that like VF better is because you feel superior in that game that no one else know well enough on the other hand tekken lots of people know well enough and you get your ass handed to you.

I accept different tastes and your is with VF but don´t mention depth and that VF has more depth then Tekken cause you are making an ass out of your self.

Tekken 5 DR Runs @ 60 FPS, so slow and clunky is one thing it isnt. And about the easy 10 hit combos remark ^^^^^^, only newbs fall for it. Im still to this day learning new combos and its learning curve is so long despite what you think.

 nothing beats tekken 3 not any fighting game ever and VF is pathetic compared to tekken 3
