I'm downloading it now.With all the new features i hope it gets rave reviews cause 08 version was underrated.I'll play it shortly. Go EA SPORTS! Even they are cornering the market but still great products.

I skipped 08, I played NCAA 08 though and it sucked, plus last years next gen versions were gimped and it's just plain lost my interest. I'm not paying $60 for half assed new features and a roster update. I have spent a lot of game time on Madden in the past and would love to do so again, as I love Football, but I'm not going to be buying another EA Sports title until they actually start trying again. Plus Favre is on the cover so I'm boycotting it anyways >_>

Yes and I will get the full game when it is released for my dad he lover Favre and the Packers but since he left i have no hope for the team. :)

Playing the demo will change your mind i PROMISE YOU! EA SPORTS put an extreme amount of effort in this version! The proof is in the PUDDIN! Holla!!!!!

Yeah, I did. I loved it. I skipped on 07 and 08 but this one is sooo much better imo that I will definitely buy once out.

I played it. I found the demo to be pretty lousy. Not in gameplay but in what they let you do. I would have much rather been able to play a full 2 min a quarter game with a choice of one of two teams. The virtual training and Super Bowl ending demo aspects were meh. Who wants to play a tutorial for a demo?

In any case, Madden will be epic this year. Online leagues will own my life. I'm shelling out for the special edition with Madden 93 and Head Coach 09 attached.

eh, i like the new virtual test thing,its cool. but its the same game as its been for years.but its been a while since i bought a football game.(ESPN 2K5 was the last) but i might buy this.

Most of the madden games are the same. They fix the problem the old version had and add more. When they add more features, then there are new problem with the game. So it keep going like that and I do love madden, but I really do not know if they will have all the bugs worked out enough for me.

Me I wish they would actually take there time making it like 1 year or so and not just make the game quick for the start of the NFL season each year. They should make sure there is no problem with the online and the game as well. No stupid freezing or glitches that can be used. IF they do that, then that next madden would b amazing.

the madden demo sucked...wtf was the 'moment' crap....i want to play a whole 4 quarters of the giants n patriots not 1 drive thats stupid. and i still wish the crowd looked better...

but on the positive side...

graphics are good
framerate smooth
everything moved nicely
i like the new test AI system thing
and nothing like a updated roster xp
