Blasphemy. Darth Vader will always be the greatest screen villian. Well, Hannibal Lector ranks up there, too. HAL-9000 was also great, though not a typical "villain" per se. I could probably keep going forever with that list...
Still, Ledger was great. I would put him about on par with Hugo Weaving from the first Matrix movie (the other two were shit).
