I've always thought Microsoft should revert to a strictly software company, or approach the hardware market from another angle to get in from under Sony.

The best way to do that though would of been to support Nintendo or Sega from the get go...

Dungeon Siege Wii would of been nice.

I presume it would have a good frame rate (unlike Halo 3 now) and it wouldn't auto aim as much. So it would be more like Metroid Prime 3.
