PR guy? He's the CEO of SCE, the guy who pulls the shots at Sony. Basically this quote shows once again the arrogance that got Sony into trouble at the start of this generation and yes people on a website about videogames do care about what the CEO of one of the three major companies says.

you want to argue that a companies CEO has no role in public relations? Especially of specific factions of an organization? If CEO's had no role in PR why are they representing their companies in PUBLIC interviews and at PUBLIC events such as E3.
