something peculiar is that mario games born like a spinoff of donkey kong and if is strict in that, the franchise of donkey kong can have 241 million of copies sold, with the mario and donkey franchises united.

the software total numbers is a very difficult thing to discover, because you have to count all games, the million sellers and the poor sellers, only a fiscal reports clarify the things, yes i speak spanish (and in Spain and Latin america the "jajajaja" is like "lol" in english) but come from Mexico, this country is interesting in videogames because many games sold in USA come to Mexican stores, and this country right now is a big consumer of Xbox 360 because microsoft sell this product officialy here and make a big publicity, here the best and major console is the xbox 360, in second place the wii, and in third place the ps3 (here cost 800$ 1000$ dollars because the import taxes and the government have a 15% of extra taxes for all products).

Pity for the numbers would love to see them.
