What's so bad about it? If it's legal you can tax it, keep it safe, have proper health measures put into place, and (hopefully) cut down on underage girls as well.

Buuhuu legalized prostitution like in every other damn first-world country on this planet. Yeah that's going too far. USA is so much better in many things than Europe with our damn nanny-states but in some areas you really have a problem.

Here in Belgium you got red light districts, its presence hasn't opened a portal to hell so far.

A legal sex industry is a huge step forward in many areas. It would logically lower rape, murder, assault and the spread of sexual diseases.
