SCIII sucked, you didn't miss much.  II was much better.  I was much better than II.  Really, the series has been getting progressively worse.  Still, unqiue characters is cool.  I say kratos as well.

I've almost convinced myself that Kratos will be in SC4. I would like to see a Final Fantasy character, but it's less likely that they'll get a Squeenix character in the game.

Progressively worse after one misstep? That's a little much. One bad game in a series doesn't mean it's getting worse. Just look at Tekken 4, DMC 2 and Mario Sunshine.

No, Progressively worse means SCI > SCII > SCIII.  SCIII was the only really BAD one but wouldn't you say with that progression "progressively worse" is a valid satement?  I'm not saying IV will be bad, just say up until now it's been getting progressively worse

This is probably blasphemous but SC II is my favorite of the series not I.
