Revival!

OK, new Wall-e numbers are WAY nicer!
$403,898,090, which puts it ahead of Toy Story and A bug's life, with Toy Story 2 and Cars within reach, apparently.
I guess its had a really staggered opening, considering how long it has taken for these new numbers to show up.

Pixars guarantees that the movie will be HUGE. Unfortunately though, the only reason Wall-E and Ratatouille have beaten out Toy Story (1&2) is because of inflation on the price of a ticket.

True, although I'm hoping Wall-e's numbers still have a lot to go. It took 2 months for these new numbers to surface, and at this point it has suddenly gained $150 million.

Didn't Ratatouille gross over $600 million, though?  That puts it over Monster's Inc. and near The Incredibles, at least.

To lavish praise upon this title, the assumption of a common plateau between player and game must be made.  I won't open my unworthy mouth.

Thank goodness.
Also, over 10 million DVDs have been sold (that's not counting Blu-Ray).

hancock shouldnt be up there that movie was just badddddd. wall-e was awesome. twilight should be up there too.

Had they not released the DVD so quickly Batman probably would have reached it without the re-release eventually but meh.

Wall-E took ages to do well internationally not because it wasn't doing well in the countries it was released in but because it was released so slowly in a piecemeal fashion. They're doing the same with the DVD's, for example the DVD is already out in america and its wasn't released in Australia for the christmas season despite my country being an english speaking country. Almost all the money Wall-E is making at the box office atm is from Japan because of this.

I just looked on that site & apparently

Titanic is the most successful movie ever!!!!! WTF!??

can any1 confirm this or m i redin the site wrong?

I thought Star Wars ep 4 was!

Titanic is the most successful movie ever with a world wide box office taking of over 1.8 billion. However if you take inflation into account in america Star wars episode 4 is the most successful (in america), in regards inflation adjusted ww numbers I have no idea.
