I am having a tough time figuring that out,,,,,,Also how can I fill up the health bar?

the game is awesome,,,I m really enjoying it,,,,,it was a breeze to find it(brand new for $19.99 in EBgames)

Health regens over time.  You have to pray (circle I believe) at the shrines scattered across the map.  There is also a spot on the front of the temple.

could of gotten it for 12.00 on ebay lol

Edit: Nevermind. 

Apparently you can save at shrines.  I never knew this, and usually just saved after defeating a Colossus.

Oh also, just a word of advice.  Once you unlock the time trials, be sure to do them before you beat the game again if you want the items.  I assume the bug still exists, but you won't get any rewards from the time trials after your second completion.

Well the save point on the main temple is on the outside, pretty much lined up with the altar.  If you walk straight towards the temple, you will hit it.  The shrines are all over, I would think you've seen some by now.  They are somewhat small stone ruins.  The tablet part where you pray looks the same as on the temple.  You could probably find a map if you aren't up for exploration lol.

shrines are greenish "ruins" that are all over the world .. I climbed every single one of them (you usually have a grand view from the shrines peak)

to get more health try to find fruits on trees and shoot them with your bow (they are pretty rare), to get more endurance shoot the lizards with glowing tales (there is usually one around every shrine and every colossi position)

you have to pick those items up by unselecting the weapons (select the hands) and pressing some button (I believe it was O, but it could be a different one)
