It's better to use something like Cytomax or something. GA and PA use fructose/corn syrup which isn't very good for you.

Ah, so are they the American equivalent of Lucozade?

Lucozade original tastes foul though, so if it is then I doubt I would like either of your "ades" either... but Lucozade with Orange or Lemon is nice (haven't tried the newer ones)

Its flavored water and its suppose to rehydrate and replenish fluid, carbohydrates and electrolytes
