Bungie has been pushing the coop/multiplayer boundaries since the start of dawn, from its early days of creating Marathon to Halo, so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone if Bungie would step things up a notch for Halo 4.. well actually its expected that they step it up. So here's my expectations for Halo 4

I expect 8 player coop (I think only 2 should be Spartans and the rest would be regular soldiers)

What do you expect from Halo 4/Bungie?

It would be an excellent announcement but Halo 4 will arrive no sooner than 2010.

Halo Wars and Halo Chronicles will be both out in 2009.

The game Bungie is making in the Halo universe is not going to be like the previous Halos. It will probably not be called Halo 4(because I think an internal M$ team is making Halo 4).

i hope its more of a step up from Halo 3, than 3 was from 2. id like to see loads and i mean loads of new features in Halo 4

I don't know if adding more people in co-op would really "push the boundaries" so to speak. I would rather they tackled the halo from a different perspective. So instead of playing the good guys, how about play the baddies instead? Instead of being in control of tough guys how about being part of the masses of crap foot soldiers and everytime you die instead of actually respawning or being healed like in other games, how about you just take control of another baddie within the same vicinity, so that instead of always using guns you have to think on your feet and adapt to something completely different.
